Three years ago our wonderful, sweet, amazing little girl was born. She took her time and was over a week late, but was worth every second we waited for our little girl. I felt like I knew so much about her after carrying this tiny baby, she would kick for hours at 3am and pushed back on anything that rested on my stomach. I knew she would never take anything from anyone, and learned all the way back then she never stops moving.

She was immediately the most aware and silly baby, studying everyone that entered her world and laughing at only a few weeks old. Growing we learned so much more about her and her passions. So many are just getting stronger now that she is three.

She has always loved books and music. She would tediously turn pages in her books and study all the images on each page. It was mesmerizing to watch such a small person look so grown up holding her books close and thumbing through each page.

We also immersed her in songs, some because they were my favorites and I couldn't wait to share with her. Without any push from me she picked one of my favorite characters to model her first songs after, Ariel. She would sing Ariel's song at any sight of a mermaid which she had dubbed 'Yaya'. Even today with many more words to each song, she belts out all her favorites.

With little to no inspiration she goes away on a note and takes off into her favorite songs. If you step foot in our house odds are you are hearing a Disney princess song from start to finish. Sometimes we will just sit and watch, her first audience, still completely floored that someone so small can put this many songs in her head. She not only will go through the whole song, but she completes the same actions as the characters in the movies. Grabbing props to help her recreate the scene and perform the piece. She will never stop amazing me.
